The Westmead Education and Conference Centre (WECC) is a key education, training and research facility at Westmead Hospital.

The WECC, Level 1 was refurbished in 2017 in a partnership between the University and the Western Sydney Local Health District as part of the Westmead Redevelopment.

The new WECC has created a highly engaging teaching and learning environment for staff and students; (pictured top) University of Sydney students in the Cabaret Theatre (left) and collaboration space (right).

The centre promotes multidisciplinary collaboration and encourage students, researchers and clinicians to exchange ideas. A mix of formal and informal spaces allow for a multitude of teaching and learning approaches.
